Homes that sell for top dollar aren't listed. They’re launched.
Most sellers think they have a pricing problem. Usually they have a presentation problem. Buyers decide in a few seconds of scrolling whether your home is worth a showing. I make those seconds count, using the the best video marketing strategies for your home.
Every home deserves its own launch plan.

What your launch plan actually covers
Price it to create competition.
Where your home really sits in today's market, and the price that brings multiple buyers to the table.
Prepare it for the camera.
What to fix, what to stage, and what to skip before anything gets filmed.
Launch it like a premiere.
A teaser before it hits the market, tours built to create demand, and videos crafted to create urgency to attract top dollar offers.
Put it in front of the right buyers.
Where the video runs, who sees it, and how we win the first week on the market.
Why I market homes differently
I didn't get into real estate through sales. I got in through a camera.
My business partner and I started a listing media company because we love marketing homes and making videos that make people feel something. Filming homes for other agents, I noticed something that bugged me: most agents don't take marketing seriously. They put up the listing, post a few photos, and pray.
That's not a strategy. That's a hope.
One home we filmed had a flooded basement that was never redone, and a crack in the foundation was discovered during the sale. It still sold for $15K more than the owners paid two years earlier. Every home has flaws. The ones that sell well are the ones buyers fall for first.
So I decided to list homes myself. Every home I represent gets a cinematic launch from my team at Dynamite Media, and it doesn't stop at launch day. I actively market your home the entire time it's on the market, until it's sold.
One goal: sell your home fast, for top dollar.
When I'm not filming or showing homes, I'm probably at the gym or on a basketball or pickleball court somewhere in Utah County.
